Good-Bye Summer ; Hello Peace Of Mind

Wow, I have been feeling myself slipping away from my blog lately and I am not sure why. At first I thought it was because I wanted to pay attention to my Youtube Channel but then I realized that isn't the case. I just needed another break. I needed to stay away from almost pulling my hair out, from creating content, & slightly from social media...even though I was still posting on Instagram. Honestly with the new algorithm that Instagram has implemented it's harder for Influencers to get views and engagement. For me I got obsessed with my numbers and my engagement that I was losing track as to why I became an Influencer in the first place. I never cared about numbers when I first started but then being a blogger wasn't as popular as it is now when I first started. So, much has changed. I have changed. I realized that I am NOT the same person/blogger that I was when I first started. I have changed. I don't post the same content that I used too. I have changed. I also don't wear what I used too when I first started. I have changed.

I started to question myself...when did I become so obsessive over numbers? What time I posted? Who is viewing my content and where they are viewing it. It became harder and harder for me to understand why I was working so hard to create content when people with complete shit content are getting the follows.. WHY!? WHY!? Why was I busting my ass as a creative to see little to no results lately. Having that mindset would bring anyone down....even to the point in questioning whether or not I should continue being an Influencer.  But in the end...I have given up all of the negative thoughts and decide to revisit why I started blogging the first place and took a long look at how far I have came since I started blogging. I have come a long fucking way and let me just I am PROUD of everything I have accomplished. Fuck number. My content speaks for itself.
