New New New on the blog!
Hello Lovelies! One thing that you guys probably did not know about me is that I love to read. Any genre is fine as long as they can capture my attention. If not then there is no point continuing am I right?
So, I am going to be adding " Book Of The Month " to my blog. I am happy to be getting back into reading. I get so swept away with the stories that I forget to snap back to my own reality. My Mum used to ban books from the dinner table because I would rather read books than eat or try to have a conversation with her.
When I got older I read all of the " adult " books that my Mum owned and I have to admit they were pretty damn good. I used to think where could I find my own country bumpkin cutting wood with his shirt off and his abs glistening with sweat. LOL. My favorite book that my Mum owned was around 700+ pages and I finished it in 3 days! It was that good. I don't remember the name of the book but I am hoping that my Mum still owns it so that I could read it again.
My all time favorite book is
" If You Come Softly " by Jacqueline Woodson.
Such a touching story and I found myself reading it over and over and over again. The first time I read it I cried. I cried for 2 days straight. So, if any of you lovelies are really into reading then that book is a must read!
