Let's talk skincare & I don't mean the ones that doesn't empty your pockets. I mean come on people. Drugstore Beauty Products are JUST as good as name brand items. Although I am a sucker for Origins. Their skincare is life but I don't have the funds ( yet ) to dish out for $35 per item. I know pricey. I will link some Origins down below if you guys are interested. With that being said I wanted to share with you guys the Facial Cleansing Products I have been using lately. All can be purchased at your nearest drugstore but I got the face scrubber from Marshalls for a steal! I purchased a non electrical one because I wanted to use mine in the shower if need be and I wanted it to last longer. Over time battery powered objects touched with water develop rust.
1. Collagen Eye Mask
If I don't get a good night's sleep or if I am stressed out to the max. As I am getting ready in the morning I put these under my eyes to help with my bags. I purchased these from Forever 21 for about $1.90 I think. If I remember clearly. This is something that I use once in a while. Not an everyday thing but non the less its extremely affordable & it comes with 30 sheets! I do not wear concealer so this is the next best option for those who don't.
2. Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser
This is one item that you can basically find anywhere. CVS, Rite-aid, Walgreens etc the list goes on. I have actually been using this brand since I was a teenager so of course I would continue using it during my adult years. I can definitely recommend this product. Plus there are different options to choose from. I just prefere this one because it is great at removing my makeup and it doesn't dry out my face.
3. Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser
I suffer from oily skin. This is why my foundation HAS to be matte or else it comes right off. It wouldn't even matter if I have setting spray on. You will still see how oily my face gets especially during the Summer time. It's like oil and sweat mixed together and it's not a good look. On these horrendous Summer days. I find myself using Biore more times that I can imagine. Quick shout-out to my Mum who recommended it to me. I love love love love love it.
4. Facial Scrubber
For the longest time I have been using my hands and a warm towel to clean my face. I kept telling myself ' get a scrubber ' but I never did. I found myself in Marshalls one day and a sales associate was placing them out. I snagged one and was beyond happy I did. It makes cleaning my face ( I keep typing myself lol ) much easier. Plus this scrubber has a soft side and a textured side for more of a clean feel.
5. Face Masks
Okay, I wanted to know what the craze was with all of these face masks I have been seeing. So, I took a trip with my 이모 to my favourite korean market store. I don't know if it makes sense but we went to Lotte World and I stocked up on some face masks. They were so cheap that I ended up buying 12 and use them like once a week sometimes twice depending if I feel like pampering myself. Which is quite often cause what women or man wouldn't want to pamper themselves!?
