Spring Wishlist

As much as I love Fall/Winter ( even though we really don’t get a proper Winter here in DC ) it does get unbelievably cold ( which I decide to just hibernate in my apartment ) but I think it’s around that time where I am WISHING for Spring. I want lighter layers, rain and slightly warmer weather. I also know that my wardrobe will relatively remain the same but it would be nice to incorporate some pastels here & there. A bit of a sprinkle. I have really been obsessing lately over ‘Sage Green’ oh how in love I am with that color. I honestly did order this really pretty pastel yellow shirt which I might return if it doesn’t look right on me. With that being said I wanted to share some items from some of my current fav websites/stores to shop from.

First up is of course H&M. I am in LOVE with so many of their new pieces! Does this make me want to really start incorporating colors back into my wardrobe? Probably not but Sage Green & Lavender does look amazing against my skin tone so I might be slightly tempted in a few pieces being permanently in my wardrobe for Spring.

The second brand that I will be talking about is starting to creep up in my wardrobe as well. Nastygal.  I actually don’t shop on their website often but when I do I always end up finding some awesome gems.

The 3rd brand I’d get some of my more pricier neutrals is Missguided. I will admit that I have a love hate relationship with Missguided & even Nastygal if I am honest. Their prices literally don’t make sense sometimes which in the end makes me find alternatives of alternatives.

Another brand that is creeping back up on my radar for basics is Boohoo. I actually stopped buying from Boohoo for awhile after I found out that they charged for international fees without disclosing it with the consumer in the beginning. The thing that bothered me the most was that it was a separate charge to your card so it wasn’t like it was apart of my order. Now that I know I am VERY VERY careful when ordering. I ask myself do I need any of these items that I cannot get anywhere else online or in store.

Last but not least we have NARS for beauty. I recently got into using NARS basically everyday a couple months ago and it was the best decision ever. Now that I know how to do makeup better ( especially my eyebrows ) I have just been eying their products like no tomorrow!
