This past weekend I ventured out to the grocery store to purchase the necessary items I needed for the quarantine. I was shocked to see the number of people hoarding things that they didn't need to survive. I saw a man with 2 carts hoarding zebra cakes, twinkies, etc. I mean he took ALL of the boxes. My thing is...if it's a pandemic why would they feel the need to hoard toilet paper? You would think they would hoard the fruit & veggies because I mean that's the most important thing besides water in my opinion. I did need toilet paper. I mean I have about 8 rolls left & I bought some flushable wipes which I prefer. Although I am thinking about getting a bidet.
The first day of quarantine was basically the same as any other day. I spent the majority of the day deep cleaning my apartment and wiping everything down with Clorox, responded to emails and played video games. I recorded a slightly long youtube video about the quarantine which I thought could have been done a little better with the editing but tomorrow is another day.
I am going to use this opportunity to better myself in certain aspects ( writing more, editing, etc ). Maybe use this time to start working out & forming new habits ( waking up early ).
Look forward to a new post tomorrow. Until then. Wash your hands & stay safe.
