Hi lovelies, this is the last post that I am writing from my apartment before I leave for San Diego! I know in my last post I mentioned that I was going to attempt writing/posting a new blog post everyday whilst I am there. This is mainly because I wanted to get back into writing. I miss it. Normally it was pen to paper but now that I have a new laptop ( refurbished not brand new ) I love the way my fingers feel grazing across the keys. Honestly sometimes...it's like something takes control and I cannot stop the words from pouring out.
I think it has been awhile since I have created a wishlist post....please feel free to correct me if I am wrong but I wanted to get a head start on a slight Fall wardrobe revamp. As some of you guys know ( who follow me on instagram ) I went through a whole wardrobe purge and I don't mean the ones I normally do when I want to make room for new things. I created a slightly larger "Capsule Wardrobe" which is basically things that I can wear all year around without them going out of style.
I wanted to share some items from a few different places. From Missguided, to H&M, Urban Outfitters and I even threw in some Forever 21 for you guys! Happy shopping and see you beautiful people in California! I also added some items that I have been crushing on for my home revamp as well.

Am I the only one waiting for Spring?! Don't get me wrong. I love wearing Chunky Knits, Oversized Sweaters with OTK Boots ( Over the Knee ) but at this point I am over it! Bring me warmer weather and maybe just maybe a tropical paradise. I am not a fan of Summer because I mean who likes to sweat in places they didn't know they can sweat & wearing skimpy barely there clothing isn't my cup of tea either.
I have been messing around with my personal style again and coming up with looks that works for me and I think you guys will love them as much as I do.
Spring means...light layers and denim skirts. So, I will be styling some of my favourite denim skirts for you guys! I normally stray away from the skirts but I decided to live for myself this year and dressing out of my comfort zone is something on my list.
Since we're still currently suffering in this harsh bipolar Winter I wanted to show you guys this quick look that I threw together when I went to brunch this past Saturday. We visited this Irish-esque restaurant and they had a buffet style option ( which I didn't go for ) and the option of ordering from the main menu. I ordered this very delicious Vegetarian omelette and a side of fresh fruit! The portions were so big that I knew that I wasn't able to finish. Nonetheless the food was delicious and I was able to catch part of a Chelsea match. The score was 2-0 before we left!
How are you guys liking these impromptu photos? I love the idea of not having to scout for locations and you just shoot wherever!

Keeping up with trends can be kind of hard. The constant money being spent is annoying and sometimes half of the time it's not really worth keeping with the trends. Besides, fashion comes back around all the time so you are better off putting all of your trendy items away in storage and waiting until they come back in style. I wish that this was something I did because literally everything I donated in the past year has come back around full throttle and I am here like '
OMG WHY!?
I had a beautiful Checkered Coat that I got from Forever 21 and because le boyfriend didn't like it he made me get rid of it. I know it'e being put to use by another woman or child who needed it so I am not really upset about that. It was mainly just an example.
I also had tons of Cabbie Hats , Berets etc and I got rid of them all because I thought they would NEVER come back in style! I wore them often during my first year in college and I loved them. Alas, I did outgrow them and I decided to give them to goodwill BUT now they are back and I am full of regrets! I don't want to buy a new one but man oh man are they tempting me.
Although, for this Checkered Blazer it was a done deal. Not only is it super cute, it's pretty thick as well. I didn't want to dish out $60 for it so I did what I normally do when I want something. I wait and I was happy that I did! Because I got this beauty for a whopping $30! That is HALF of the regular price! I contemplating waiting a bit longer to snag it but my size was the first to go. I did size up because I wanted it to be a little bigger so I could wear sweaters and hoodies underneath.
Overall, I think that this is the perfect investment/staple piece for your wardrobe. This is one item that will be around forever! Get on that! I have linked a few down below! Shop till you lovelies drop!
If I am not able to write another post before Christmas then I will just say Merry Christmas and spend it with your families and loved ones!

Bringing 90's Fashion back around full swing on Lelondonchic!
________
Slip Dresses and Chokers have definitely made a massive comeback this year and being a 90's kid myself I was happy to relive my childhood. Who isn't?!
I wanted to style this slip dress with a tee and what better tee than my pineapple tee shirt from H&M? Even though I just got this tee shirt I am already obsessed with it. I have a thing for pineapples lol. I don't want to say that I am obsessed but I am ( maybe ).
Since Slip Dresses have made such a huge comeback this year I wanted to embrace the trend with open arms. The problem was getting my hands on one. The search was long but in the end I was able to get my hand on 2 Slip Dresses. One black one which you saw styled in my " Interview Ready " blog post. Which if you haven't checked out then click here. I am not sure why you haven't checked it out yet though.
A slip dress is something I think every woman should in vest in. Think about it once or if they go out of style again you could wear it to bed. Boom multi use. So, if you just buy things because they are trending I would always stop and think..
" How often would you wear it? "
" How much is it? "
" Is it worth it? "
I often have to stand back and ask myself these questions as well. LOL. No shame.
I must admit I definitely hopped onto the Summer layering trend but with my own twist. I seriously get super happy whenever I wear this pineapple tee. I was having a toss up about what shoes to wear so I opted for a pair of Puma's to go with my look. I need to clean my white Adidas so I can start wearing them again.
Be on the look out because I will be styling my other slip dress really soon!
Later babes!

Could we take a moment of silence for these super amazing leather ( yes real leather ) booties from Zara!?
________
Okay, let me just say that I think I have gotten all 14 pairs of shoes that I donated back. Let me explain...I donated 14 pairs of shoes and a crap ton of clothing to ' Women and Children ' in need. I actually went from owning 100 pairs of shoes ( clearly I have a problem ) to 86 after sorting through all. I still have more clothing that I need to go to but I think this time I will take them to my local thrift-store.
Who knows.
I can honestly say though I have been replacing my wardrobe as well. Like for instance with this ' Olive Lace Up Top ' from the one and only H&M! I actually saw another blogger wearing a similar top on her blog and I thought...hmm this would look good in my wardrobe. Since it was sold out online ( that wasn't pricey ) when I clicked the link. But I knew I could find a similar top and whoot whoot I did! That definitely deserved a pat on the back. This beauty was only $7 with an extra 30% off. Yes, to bargain shopping time!
Speaking on the topic of good bargains let me talk about these effing booties! Seriously how friggen awesome are they!? You will never guess how much these babies were. $20! $20 freaking dollars! Okay, Zara you are officially my new bargain bestfriend! Best purchase ever! Who doesn't love a dramatic price drop!? Epic effing win!
Le boyfriend and I actually went into Zara to buy him some cologne because he was tired of not having any and me using his. At first I picked up a pyjama inspired top and was considering it BUT came across these babies instead. The booties were actually not marked down so I asked if they were and BOY was were they on sale! I died on the inside when she said $20! I couldn't hide the smile on my face.
What is on your sale season list?
Don't be afraid to share it with me!
